Practice Founder and Principal Veterinary Surgeon

Jo with Rumpus, Sadie and Ella

Jo opened the Sunninghill Veterinary Centre in October of 2006 after more than ten years working in small animal practice.  She is passionate about providing the village with an excellent and affordable standard of veterinary care and works hard to ensure that the practice is a friendly and reassuring place to bring your pets.

Jo absolutely loves the variety that general practice offers and particularly enjoys building relationships with clients and their pets, seeing them progress healthily through all life stages.  She is also very interested in ensuring all that of our services and the products that we use are as ethical and environmentally sound as they can be.

Jo lives with her husband Rob and their three dogs Rumpus, Ella and Sadie (pictured with Jo, left) and cats Twiggy, Teddy and Jake. As of Summer 2011, she has also brought a new puppy into the family, and Hector is settling in fabulously!

In her spare time she enjoys yoga and has recently started cycling with her dogs!

      Lois Woodfield
      Registered Veterinary Nurse
COMING SOON!

Lois has been a veterinary Nurse for 10 years! She trained at a practice in Crowthorne, and qualified in 2005. During her time there, Lois also completed her A1 course which allows her to train student nurses.

Lois has three rescue animals at her home in Bracknell, which she shares with her partner Richard! Minnie is an 8 year old Italian Greyhound who Lois rescued in 2009. Unfortunately, Minnie occasionally suffers with pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas) and needs a lot of care, attention and nursing. Zac is an 8 month old lurcher who came in as stray puppy. Lois immediately fell for him and his soppy ways. Charlie is a 2 year old Exotic short haired cat, who needs grooming on a daily basis to avoid getting matted fur. Lois gave him a home when his owners moved away in May 2008.
